I have worked with the team at CDW collectively for almost two decades, and they continue to amaze me with their creativity, nimbleness, breadth of expertise, and their ability to shift with our business. I often look at them as an extension of my team, because they dive into our business and know the inner workings which is clear in the work product. Not to mention they are just good people, which makes long hours and creative iterations a whole lot more fun!

Chief Marketing Officer, Telesign

Working with Contrast DesignWorks was an absolute pleasure.  Their team supported me from beginning to end through building a completely new website, refining my brand image, and getting the word out about my company.  Each team member brought an invaluable specialty to the project and cohesively worked with each other toward a common goal.  Most of all, they were all great people to be around and the experience was a lot of fun!

We found the entire team to be professional, responsive, highly qualified, and tireless in their commitment to our projects. And the results exceeded expectations.

In-house teams often think of us as an extension of their own team. Because relationship-building is an important part of the creative process, we work hard to really understand their unique brand, workstyles, and dynamics from the inside out. We collaborate with in-house teams and do our best to be good stewards of their brands—so they can trust us to work directly with their internal customers as well. Not only can we offer supplemental resources to help them flex when things get busy, but we can also offer an expert, external perspective based on our collective experience to help co-create innovative solutions. We’re here to make everyone’s work-lives a little easier.

There’s no one-size-fits-all, 17-step process that we follow for every single project—mostly because that’s not us. We think each creative endeavor deserves custom consideration. Ideally, it all starts with a creative brief and a chat, where clients give us the lowdown on objectives, creative considerations, guidelines, tools, deliverables, and timelines. From there, we figure out the best approach, team, and budget that’ll leave everyone smiling. Reach out for more details.

Reach out! The more details you already have about what you need, the more accurate the estimate. And if you already know you’re working within a specific budget, let us know. There are lots of creative ways that we can work together and share the workload to keep costs in check.

If you work in any sort of marketing or branding capacity, the chances that we can do what you need are pretty good. Our best advice? Reach out and ask us! And if you’re not exactly sure what you need, let’s talk about your goals and see if we can help you figure it out.

We’re going to have to answer that question with more questions. What’s the scope of your website? Who’s the audience, what’s their customer journey to get there, and what do you want them to do once they’re there? Do you have a content strategy? What kinds of experiences do you want to provide? Do you need assets created that will be featured on your website? Do you need complex, custom development, or can we build it on a content management system like WordPress? The answers to these (and many other) questions are critical when it comes to timelines and estimates.

We welcome the deep questions, too. We’d like to tell you definitively that the afterlife is one big party full of puppies and wine, but our Ouija board outreach has been disappointingly inconclusive. We’ll get back to you when our spirit guides do. Until then, feel free to consult your own duly ordained authorities in these matters.

Of course! We’re happy to talk through your situation to make any recommendations or figure out a way to work together. You can reach Grady at 1.415.531.0811 or email us at hello@contrastdesignworks.com
