Plantronics + Polycom = Poly

When two world-renowned brands join forces, their new brand should be just as unstoppable as they are. We teamed up with Poly to help them refine and launch their new brand at Enterprise Connect, where we had our hand in just about everything from crafting the teaser emails to cutting the red ribbon. We continue to partner with Poly, bringing their brand to life in event experiences, campaigns, and product content development.

Launching the Poly Brand

The best part of a new brand launch is finding the right balance between following the guidelines and pushing the guidelines. So we were pretty excited to be part of this project. As their new brand was being developed, we were there—helping it along, shaping it, and bringing it to life through booth design at industry shows, direct mailers to customers, and internal events like the Worldwide Sales Meeting.

Peril’s of the Open Office Campaign

Poly’s first campaign made light of some of the “perilous” and annoying situations you may encounter in an open office. Rest assured though, the Perils can be averted with Poly. We took the “perils” idea, and made a campaign out of it—developing everything from a billboard on 101 to paid media banners.

what we love to hear:

I have worked with the team at CDW collectively for almost two decades, and they continue to amaze me with their creativity, nimbleness, breadth of expertise, and their ability to shift with our business. I often look at them as an extension of my team, because they dive into our business and know the inner workings which is clear in the work product. Not to mention they are just good people, which makes long hours and creative iterations a whole lot more fun!
