Listening Tour

We worked with the realtor.com employee brand team to design and produce a listening tour to inspire and engage team members to gather their feedback on how we can best bring the brand to life. Those learnings then helped to inform a design system being implemented on social recruiting sites, as well as internal programs, that helps to highlight the unique employer brand value proposition.
